How the two-player part works
You build it about yourself. For each question you give your assistant the true answer, and it writes three plausible wrong options around it. The wrong options are where the craft is — “what's my coffee order” is only fun if the decoys are all drinks you might actually order.
Your partner takes it cold. They open the link on their phone, answer, and get a score and a result screen immediately — no account, no app. Result tiers are yours to write: what greets someone who scores 4/12 is entirely between you two.
You see everything after. Every answer they picked lands in your dashboard, so the post-quiz debrief — “you really thought my comfort food was salad?” — happens with receipts.

Running it as a compatibility test
A compatibility test flips the mechanic: nobody holds the answer key. You both take the identical quiz separately — same questions, no scoring — and compare answer sheets afterwards. Does my partner need an account or an app?

What's the difference between a couples quiz and a compatibility test?
Who holds the answer key. In a couples quiz, one partner sets the correct answers and the other gets scored against them — it measures how well they know you. In a compatibility test there are no correct answers: both partners take the identical quiz separately and you compare answer sheets afterwards. Same questions can power either; you just tell your assistant which mechanic you want.
Can we both take the same quiz for the compatibility version?
Yes — a quiz link accepts responses from anyone who has it, and each submission lands as its own row in the dashboard. Take it in separate rooms (or on separate phones on the same couch), then pull up both rows side by side. Matching answers are obvious at a glance; the mismatches are your conversation for the evening.
Is the quiz private?
The quiz lives at its own link and is only reachable by people you give the link to — it isn't listed anywhere public. Responses are visible only in the creator's dashboard. If you want it gone afterwards, close or delete the quiz and the link stops working. Still, the spicy section is written to be safe even if someone's group chat gets hold of it.
