Short answer: Google Forms if you want a basic graded quiz for free in a visual editor. Typeform if the respondent experience is the product. The walls: you can't show different result screens by score band, branding is Google's, and anything reactive (notify Slack on a high score) means writing Apps Script. Fine for a Friday classroom quiz; limiting for anything customer-facing.
Typeform
